Carolina pepper is a daughter of the unfortunately prematurely deceased H&M Chilli Willi de Casall son who was very successful with Nicola Philippaerts.
H&M Chilli Willi:
Thirteen-year-old H&M Chilli Willi joined the Philippaerts family in 2015 and made his breakthrough two years later with Nicola Philippaerts in the saddle. In April 2017 he remained double clear in the Longines Global Champions Tour of Miami, one of his first five-star competitions, and came third and in the Nations Cup in Sopot he also remained clear twice later that year. The real breakthrough then came in September 2017 when the two became champions of Belgium.
In 2018, the success continued and the duo won Chantilly's Longines Global Champions Tour. They were also part of the London Knights that year and together with their teammates they dominated and won the Global Champions League that year. In 2019, the duo also regularly finished in the top ten of GCT/GCL and Nations Cups, finishing third in the Grand Prix in Chantilly this year. In 2021 he and his rider left for Wellington for three months in preparation for the season.
Philippaerts also traveled to Wellington in the hope that with Chilli Willi he would become one of the three Belgian combinations that could qualify for the Olympic Games later this year. (Source Horses.NL)
