Mateo Ter Linden is a promising 2026 colt by Europe Ter Linden Z, out of the BWP mare Kyra de Laubry (Canturo x Prince Royal).
With Europe Ter Linden Z as his sire, Mateo is bred from a young stallion who made a strong impression in 2026. Europe Ter Linden Z was named Elite Stallion and Belgian Champion of the 4-year-olds in Gesves, achieving a first-place finish ex aequo in each of the different championship classes.
On his dam’s side, Mateo also comes from a particularly strong sport-oriented line. His dam, Kyra de Laubry, herself competed up to 1.40 m level and is a daughter of Canturo, a proven sire of show jumping horses.
The second dam, Peurdy Royal, produced several successful sport horses. Her offspring include I'm Purdey de Laubry, competing up to 1.45 m, Jessica de Laubry, up to 1.50 m, and Elano de Laubry Z, successful up to 1.60 m level.
The third generation further confirms the quality of this dam line. Monza produced, among others, Ferro DC, Mega Special DC and Omonza D C, all of whom competed up to 1.60 m level.
Mateo Ter Linden therefore combines a young sire with proven performance with a strong, sport-oriented dam line, featuring several generations of horses competing at a high level. A very interesting colt with all the ingredients for a promising sporting future.
