Order Procedure
Frozen Semen
- Frozen semen is sold per straw, with a minimum purchase of 10 straws.
- In Belgium, only fresh semen is available.
- All shipping costs are at the mare owner's expense.
- There is no guarantee on frozen semen, but multiple foals may be produced with the straws.
- ICSI is not allowed, unless explicitly agreed upon under specific conditions.

Fresh Semen Belgium
- Please provide the mare’s details, billing information, and delivery address with a valid mobile phone number in a timely manner.
- Fresh semen can be collected seven days a week at Hoeve Ter Linden or shipped via courier service.
- Orders must be placed no later than 8:30 a.m. Confirmation from Hoeve Ter Linden is required.
- The stud fee must be paid in full with the first semen order.
- Live foal guarantee applies, provided that:
- The invoice is paid before the due date.
- The mare is properly vaccinated against Rhino.
- A veterinarian certificate is submitted.
- All shipping costs are at the mare owner's expense.
- You can board your mare with us for monitoring and insemination using one of our stallions.
By appointment only. Boarding fee: €15 per day (excluding veterinary costs).
Discounts
- 10% discount for a second mare owned by the same owner in the same year.
- 10% discount on all mares for three or more mares owned by the same owner in the same year.
