Successful Sale of Mare d'Harlequine Z at VES Auction
We are pleased to announce that the mare d'Harlequine Z was sold for an impressive €85,000 during the VES auction. This mare, originating from the Ferro family and bred by Elizabeth Hanssens, has generated significant interest. Congratulations to all involved!
At Hoeve Ter Linden, we are grateful for the opportunity we had a few years ago to acquire the broodmare Faria Van de Moortelshoeve (Querlybet Hero x Nabab). This striking mare, bred by Paul de Lange, is a valuable asset to our breeding program. Faria Van de Moortelshoeve is not just any broodmare; she is the half-sister of, among others, Daiquire van de Moortelshoeve (jumping 1.55m) and Louisana (jumping 1.45m).
From Faria Van de Moortelshoeve, we have already produced two approved stallions: Eycatcher Ter Linden (Emerald van 't Ruytershof) and the Zangersheide-approved son Elvarado Ter Linden (Eldorado van de Zeshoek TN). Additionally, there was the approved son Nero van de Moortelshoeve (Emerald van 't Ruytershof) in memoriam, bred by Paul De Lange, who jumped up to 1.30m with Astrid de Pauw and at 7 years old jumped up to 1.40m with D. Haelterman.
In addition to her daughter d'Harlequine Z (Dominator) jumping 1.30m, there is another daughter, Miami van de Moortelshoeve (Emerald) jumping 1.45m. Recently, her youngest offspring was born, a colt named Bingo Ter Linden (Dancing Heros de Rock 1Z).
